(UPDATE) RIA Audio Playback Problems Reported by Users

This is an update to our previous post, RIA Audio Playback Problems Reported by Users, regarding a software bug in a newly released version of Adobe Flash Player that had been causing users to experience problems with the playback of their RIAs.

Adobe has released a new version of Flash Player (version 17.0.0.188 on most computers) that appears to have fixed the issue that caused these playback issues. Please update your computer to the most current version for your computer. To update your computer click here
