First, let me say thank you for developing the audio dropbox tool. It's the easiest to use tool of its kind that I've worked with, and has enabled us to incorporate speaking tasks into two of our language classes at Colorado College this year. If your tool hadn't been there, this curricular change would not have happened.
I recently created the accounts for the two instructors (Andreea Marinescu and Eliana Vagalau) who are using the audio dropbox application. They both use Macintosh computers, and the students are doing the dropbox assignments in our Macintosh lab. When the instructors try to play back the students' recordings in either Safari or Firefox on the Macintosh, the playback toolbar appears, but when they hit the play button, it immediately stops. If they click on the download MP3 link, a new browser window opens up, and they are able to play back the recording from there.
At the moment, we are able to work around the problem with the MP3 link. I wanted to bring the problem to your attention just in case there is a quick and easy way of fixing it on your end. If there isn't, we will continue to use the workaround we're using now.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
