Application procedure

1. Apply online, or complete and mail the application available in PDF format here.
2. Include a one or two paragraph statement of purpose in which you address the following:
• Your reasons for applying to this workshop
• Ways in which you hope the workshop will benefit you
• Your plans to disseminate what is learned at the workshop.
3. Include a short list of applicable past experience, e.g., prior workshops on the subject, teaching experience. Full CV or résumé is not necessary.
4. Include a $15 non-refundable application fee payable to MSU (if application is submitted after the Early Bird Application Deadline of May 9, 2008). Note: do not send a check for your workshop fees at this time. You will be invoiced when your application has been reviewed and accepted.

CLEAR reserves the right to cancel or modify workshops due to low enrollments. In this event, registrants will receive full refunds.
